Cluster Finance Head - Hospital

- Identify revenue, manage costs in order to achieve the desired EBITDA

- Initiating and implementing the finance strategies of the Organisation

- To provide financial reports and budgets to achieve the goals of the Organisation

- Responsible for the Organisation financial, accounting and credit functions

- To ensure timely disbursal /receipts of payments to creditors /Debtors.

- To monitor the performance matrices and take corrective and preventive actions as per quality standards defined.

- To ensure the book of accounts is maintained as per the standards on timely basis

- On time accurate submission of analyzed reports and any deviation in financial management to be brought to the notice of management.

- To engage with the team through various initiatives like training, performance management, continual feedback, coaching and reward and recognize people in order to motivate them to deliver desired results

- Responsible for the process improvement and enhancement of the Organisation finance and administrative operations.

- Targets should be set for the cluster finance employees working in the Organisation

Qualification and Experience :

- CA/ICWA with 15+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting only from a Large Hospitals/ Healthcare Industry
