Cluster Director - Sales - Hotel Group

Our Client is a Conglomerate with diverse businesses and a presence across GCC are looking to hire a Cluster Director of Sales for their multiple hotels in UAE.

Your role:

- As a Cluster sales Director you would be responsible to direct the sales strategy, reporting into the COO of the hospitality segment the incumbent would be responsible to grow the overall sales portfolio for the properties.

Must haves:

- 15+ years of Experience in the sales position.

- Must be handling sales for multiple properties (ideally a cumulative inventory of 3000 rooms)

- Must be experienced in pulling sales from all channels.

- Must have exceptional communication skills

Managing Expectations:
