Job Responsibilities:

1) Business & Collections of Multiple Branches

2) Monthly & Weekly Business, Collection Planing & Review.

3) Follow up from New sourcing, PD & Pre PD, Login, To Disbursement & Cash Approval etc.

4) Good knowledge of products like Home Loan, Mortgage Loan, business Loan, etc

5) Assessing local market conditions, identify current and prospective sales opportunities and develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans for the branch

6) Continues marketing activities (Road shows, paper ads,DSA Improvement ,Group activity )

7) Looking constantly for development as well as continuous improvement for the Branch.

8) Communicating the companys purpose, core values and vision to team.

9) Ensure branch staff has current tools to make successful sales presentations
