Cluster Business Manager - Home Loan

Functional Role : Cluster Business Manager Home Loan

Qualification : Graduate / Postgraduate

Vertical : Home Loan

Relevant Experience : 10 to 13 years of experience, minimum 7 years in leadership role in HL

Functional Competencies :

- Good leadership quality, Understanding of Risk architecture and be able to guide team for a better portfolio.

- Good understanding of type of loans, market practices, well versed with home loan industry, core banking knowledge, risk awareness, in depth understanding of balance sheet and financial reports & financial ratios of the customers

- Market Knowledge, Risk Management, Result Orientation

Job Responsibilities :

Financial :

- Candidate is expected to manage a team of business managers and Sales force at ground and take ownership of his assigned cluster/ region.

- Managing Sales of Mortgage Products like Home Loans and conduct research in the market and to identify opportunities to market and sell the products of the bank

- To analyses the financial status of the client by collecting the financial information and data building contacts in the market with big real estate firms/ builders to generate new business

- Responsibilities include the development, preparation, and promotion of home loan programs

- Driving team of RMs and achieve the sales revenue target allocated for the defined period.

- Presenting the monthly business report to the Regional Managers

- Responsible for periodic achievement of the customer acquisition & revenue targets of the cluster/ region

Non - Financial Responsibilities :

- Guide, take training session on Sales process, strategies, and incentive scheme.

- Ensuring that the end person should be clearly aware, understanding the scheme and working hard to achieve the same.

- Clear and honest deal with intact integrity, should not be involve in any kind of direct /indirect interest in the transaction

- Motivate team towards customer service and satisfaction

- Maintaining good and decent behavior while dealing with the customer, visiting his property, shop, godown as and when required - as per visiting authority

- Conducting the customer reference checks with utmost sincerity and maturity - so the goodwill of the client should not be hampered, or no defamation should be there.

- Be sure not to disclose any financial or personal information of the existing / new clients with any (existing / prospective clients) or to anybody outside company.

- Nurturing the talent within the team, promote and encourage team members to perform, achieve targets, earn incentive, achieve contests

Compliance & Risk Responsibilities :

- Taking responsibility of confidentiality of information gathered from clients, not to share any information with competition

- Taking the responsibility of company information - not to be shared the with anybody out of office in any form

- Non - Disclosure of confidential information of employees

- Safeguard of company assets provided for serving job responsibilities.
