We at ClubbFit - are working on an innovative business model that will revolutionise the Fitness and Sports sector in India. We are at a stage where we have developed a comprehensive platform, after two years of intense research. We are bringing fitness and sports to the customer's door step, helping Indians to lead an active lifestyle. We are prepared to launch the platform, and are looking for someone to lead the technology aspect of our product. The times are uncertain, so we need someone who has ability to think out of the box - having a solution- rather than a problem oriented approach.

Position Overview:

- We are looking for a Co-Founder/CTO who can build on the existing platform with little support, and subsequently build a team to scale up. Someone who can also wear the hat of a Developer, with experience as a MERN stack developer, and mobile app developer, someone who is dedicated to his craft, writes code that is proud of and can hit the ground running. We have a beautiful website which we have developed from scratch and it's fully functional and ready.

- We are looking for somebody who can completely take over this website from the current vendor and be the owner of the same. You will be responsible for maintaining, and improving the website.

- Also, in future work on building a mobile application.

Technical Skills :

1. Overseeall aspects of the technology, including technical strategy, technology architecture, best practices & technology stacks

2. Manages the development process to ensure project deliverables are met on time and are of highest quality and efficiency

3. Architect scalable web architectures

4. Ability to translate Wireframes and PSD Designs into functional web apps using HTML5, AngularJS, React, Node.js, and Mongo DB

5. Binding of UI elements to JavaScript object models

6. Creating RESTful services with Node.js

7. Create Unit and Integration tests to ensure the quality of code

8. Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform

9. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

10. Be responsive to change requests and feature requests

11. Lead and execute Mobile App development

12. Ability to write code that is cross-platform and cross-device compatible

13. Ability to wear many hats and learn new technologies quickly

Some things which excite us:

- Prior entrepreneurial experience would add a lot of weight (even if it is selling lemonades)

Required Experience & Qualifications:

- 3-4 years minimum experience in creating complex HTML based solutions

- Detail oriented experience as a Web Developer creating Angular based solutions

- 1-2 years with Node.js and Express

- Experience in creating mobile apps

- Experience building Responsive websites for web, tablet and mobile devices

- Experience using asynchronous RESTful services (JSON)

 Qualifications & Skills:

- B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputed college

- Fluent knowledge of latest HTML/CSS standards and best practices

- Working knowledge of JavaScript and AngularJS

- Working knowledge of Node.js, React.js and Express

- Working knowledge of Mongo DB

- Andriod/iOS App development

- Solid Understanding of HTTP protocol and how server-side code is processed on the client

- Knowledge of Deployment in Google Cloud Platform

- CI/CD Pipeline configuration on GitLab

- Working knowledge of front end optimization and performance techniques

- Obsession with lean, clean and organized front-end code

- Cross-browser development and troubleshooting

Additional Skills & Competencies:

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Developing for mobile platforms

- Bootstrap CSS
