Club Factory - Supervisor - Warehouse Operations (8-12 yrs)
1. Handle the complete end to end Account Management issues for a Last Mile Service Provider for assigned Zone.
2. Ensure the designated Service Level Requirements, Customer promise dates & all such Key Performance Indicators are achieved on a weekly and monthly levels for assigned zone.
3. Monitor COD and Prepaid Delivery Performance across the Zone assigned and ensure continuous tracking of performance on a daily basis for assigned zone.
4. Work closely with China & India Customer Support Team/s for ensuring Customer Delight - Resolve day to day customer issues related to Last Mile Vendor.
5. Visit the last mile Delivery Centre to Ensure the Shipments of Clubfactory are attended on time and moved out for Delivery to end customers.
6. Ensure timely pickups from warehouse and sellers place with Nos tallied with handover and takeover.
7. Validating NDR shipments Feedback shared by Last Mile vendors and highlighting the GAP.
8. Sharing daily MIS, Dashboards pertaining to all the KPI assigned for the assigned Zone.
9. Capacity Planning at DC level for assigned zone.
10. Responsible for all the SLA's & TAT are maintained for the assigned Zone.
11. Responsible for Claim settlement for the shipments from Insurance company.
12. Responsible for Timely connections for the shipments picked up from warehouse and sellers.
