Club Factory - Senior Process Manager (8-12 yrs)

As a Senior Process Manager, you will drive initiatives to develop operational capabilities of existing carriers and new carriers for Club factory. You will work closely with internal stakeholders including Fulfillment Centers, Sort Centers & Last Mile operations team and external stakeholders like vendors and carriers.

We are looking for individuals with proven ability to drive process improvements & ability to keep pace with our explosive growth while motivating others to meet the challenges of an extremely deadline driven environment. The individual should have a can-do attitude and an ability to solve problems independently with limited guidance.

Your role will involve-

- Managing operational metrics, lead continuous improvement initiatives, manage carrier Relationships and plan for any changes in network.

Roles & Responsibilities-

- Transportation carrier performance management, on time placement, and improve metrics and mechanisms around the same.

- Lead carrier engagement on behalf of Club Factory.

- Develop new program to strengthen carrier capabilities in areas like monitoring, driver engagement and training, vehicle uptime and maintenance practices and reliability in performance.

- Continuous Improvement Management with carriers, as well as development of SOPs

- Take a portfolio view of longhaul carriers and work with procurement to build new carriers for securing capacity in the long run at a low cost.

Skills & Experience-

- BE/ B.Tech Engineering from a reputed university, Operations or related field

- 4+ years Transportation or Supply Chain experience, preferably in a similar role, within a high-volume logistics, manufacturing or engineering environment

- Forecasting, planning or scheduling background in a transportation or production environment.

- Basic/Working knowledge of Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques preferred. Excel skills required

- Excellent problem-solving, task prioritization, follow-up, and customer service skills.

- Direct team management experience

- Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment

- Strong Analytical skills: Effectively analyze and interpret information, identifying & validating the key facts, including reviewing alternatives to determine advantages and associated risks.

- Has demonstrated ability to influence others without having positional authority

- Experience communicating across all levels of management, peers, and clients

- Ability to manage high volume critical workload with a positive, flexible professional attitude.

- Tech Junkie with hands on smartness for using Chat's for communication & closures

- Strong people management skills

- Must have ecommerce warehousing & fulfillment experience

- Strong quantitative, analytical abilities with outstanding communication skills

- A Hustler, who can get things done, with little or no supervision

- Driven and motivated. Quick learner. Emotional intelligence and maturity beyond years, to work across stake holders within and outside the organization
