ROLE DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations
- Follow the internal control process and accounting system as per defined SOP
- Coordinate all payables including planning of daily cash flow and authorizations of various payments.
- Prepare payment vouchers, reconciliations & journal entries
- Analyse financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions.
- Ensure all statutory returns including GST & TDS returns are filed on time
- Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow
- Preperation of basic accounting ledger entries and extraction of financial statements
- Monthly and Annual statutory accounts and reporting of financial Statements.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly management accounts to support business decisions and possible outcomes.
- Analytical review of key performance indicators based on various financial data
What we are looking for?
- 1-3 years experience, preferably in auditing, accounting or a finance role
- CA with big 4 experience is preferred
- Great focus and attention to detail
- Strong data and quantitative skills
- Ready to work in a start up environment
- Should be proficient in MS Excel & experience in Navision ERP is an advantage
