Club Factory - Head - Operations - IIM/XLRI/FMS/MDI (10-15 yrs)
Role: Head of Operations- India
We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations to oversee our organisation's ongoing operations and procedures in India. Someone who is passionate about engaging stakeholders, leading and working with cross-functional groups to operationalize the shared vision of the company as well as harmonizing the totality of how customers think about and use our products.
The Head of Operation role is a key member of the senior management team, reporting to Country Leader. The person will have to maintain control of diverse business operations, so we expect an experienced and efficient leader who has excellent people skills, business acumen and exemplary work ethics.
The goal of Head of Operation position is to secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth of the organisation.
- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (Logistics, Warehouse, Customer service, Business development, HR, Finance etc.)
- Lead and engage employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
- Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
- Manage relationships with partners/vendors
Requirements
- Proven experience as Head of Operation or relevant role
- Understanding of business functions such as Logistics, Warehouse, Customer service, Business Development, HR, Finance, etc.
- Previous experience in E-commerce preferred
- Strong in execution, data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- Self-driven with attention to detail
- MBA from a tier 1 institute
- Fluent in English, local Indian language is a plus.
