The company has been able to crack the product market fit for both B2B and B2C business models to ensure sustained long-term profitable growth.

- We aspire to be a billion dollar company by 2019, with hundred & thousands of retailers and over 20 million customers.

- We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager- Seller Onboarding for Apparel, Household and other categories to play a key role in one of very exciting, backed by great funding and promoters, E-commerce venture, based out of Gurgaon.

Key Job Responsibilities :

- Responsible for business development and increasing the base of sellers, Improve business scale and consistency with existing vendor base.

- Managing the seller relationship by championing the seller's need at Club Factory by communicating the specific value proposition for the Seller's business and establish long-term, successful partnerships.

- Managing and driving the growth of the seller's business : build and execute on a strategic account plan that delivers on key -business opportunities for the seller and Club Factory.

- Work with the sellers to improve operational aspects of their business in providing a great consumer experience.

Basic Qualifications :

- Deep understanding and passion for e-commerce required.

- Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with external seller interaction required.

- Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business by the numbers. Must be metrics-driven.

- Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented.

- MBA is preferred with 10-12 years of relevant work experience

Compensation- Negotiable for the right candidate
