Club Factory - Finance Controller

- Receive the Sales/Credit note/Transfer Orders data from the GST Team, Verifying and

- Preparing uploaders to book in Navision.

- Posting of Invoices related to CHA - (Custom and Clearing exp), Fixed Assets, Salary and Recurring/General expenses in books of accounts.

- Maintaining Fixed Asset register on monthly basis in books of accounts.

- Knocking off Invoices against payment for vendor reconciliation in books of accounts.

- Verifying Corporate Credit card and reimbursement bills against amount claimed and record the same in books of accounts.

- Posting and generating Sales tax Invoice for sellers for all locations in books of accounts according to GST file.

- GST Input and TDS payable on monthly basis.

- Bank Entries to be posted in Navision

- Receiving the relevant Invoices, checking the validity per the GST Requirement, Invoicing Requirement, TDS and others, reaching out to the Vendor in case any change is required

- Receiving the random invoices for different expenses incurred on a day to day basis.

- Checking if they are right, basis the GST requirements, and others, reaching out to Vendors to sort out any issue, that might be impacting the Invoice and after revision booking of the Invoice in Navision.

- Stock transfer note for goods transferred from one location to another location.

- Local purchase to be booked on day to day basis.

- Purchase order for import and Local purchase.
