- The Company is a leading e-commerce platform for the curation of highly desirable goods for purchase (B2C) combined with an enabling platform (B2B) for merchants to sell their products. The company has been able to crack the product market fit for both B2B and B2C business models to ensure sustained long-term profitable growth.

- We aspire to be a billion-dollar company by end of 2019, with hundreds & thousands of retailers and over 20 million customers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Establish local team foundation, and rapidly develop local business performance by getting passionate people onboard and develop future leaders.

- Become a brand ambassador of the brand in the local region, promote and practice Club Factory's values and mission through building local connections

- Manage country-wide performance growth, business healthiness, customer satisfaction, partner satisfaction, etc.

- Optimise overall operations in the country, including but not limited to logistics, warehouse, customer service and marketing, etc.

- Drive growth in the country and explore new business initiatives;

- Communicate closely with headquarter.

- Familiarize with local laws and regulations to assist Club Factory in managing local public and government relations;

- Respond to local demands while implementing strategies and decisions driven from the headquarter.

Skills and Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or above with Major in Management, Economics, Supply Chain or Marketing; MBA preferred.

- More than 10 years of experience in Team management and strategic roles, especially in a top e commerce or a cross-border e-commerce, fast growing startup companies or innovative initiatives within a company, with outstanding achievements;

- Must have handled a team size of 30+ people.

- Adaptive to changes and self-driven for excellence.

- Outstanding communication skills; Excellent in English, the local language is an added bonus.

- Organizational and project management capabilities;

- Local working experience (at least 5 years) preferred.

- Outstanding strategic planning.
