Cloudtail - HR Analyst (2-5 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities

- Project Management for Employee Engagement Real-time tool (nGage) for the entire organization

- Identify patterns in the employee feedback and formulate hypotheses for further validation

- Work with the Tech team to automate data reporting and analytics. Tech team will write macros, scripts (Hyperion, Python, etc.) and/or data tools, like Qlik, to automate data for 100+ managers

- Create models to identify data patterns and to identify issues for a particular employee segment

- Build audit mechanism for right input and output data for Employee Engagement Tool

- Conduct Action Plan meetings with Managers for their teams and project manage progress on all Action Plans

- Work closely with HRBPs to prepare Org wide action plan basis employee feedback

- Identify and resolve technical issues for Employee Engagement tool and build long term solution

- Query Resolution and Support for issues raised on the Engagement tool

- Conduct employee, manager Trainings on the Engagement tool

Job Specifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related discipline preferably. MBA preferred

Experience

Relevant:

- High analytical skills, ability to comprehend numerical data

- Strong program management skills and ability to work across stakeholders

- Superior verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively with multiple teams and external organizations

- 2+ years of relevant experience in a HR Analytics, business analyst or HR Program Manager Role

- Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel using vlookup, Pivots etc

- Analytical know-how to break down complex problems, and a strong will to get things done and deliver results

- Ability to understand new data systems and partner with stakeholders to extract relevant data & build automation

- Ability to display complex quantitative data in a simple, intuitive format and to present findings in a clear and concise manner

- Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines

Preferred:

- Experience in writing macros, scripts to automate analytics and data gathering
