Senior Manager Branding Position Responsibility : We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to help us build our brand and raise brand awareness. Overseeing Brand building and marketing initiatives of Lab, NICU, Fertility, and chain of tier 2 hospitals Job Responsibilities : - Being the brand custodian and shepherding it internally and externally - Developing a deep understanding of market, competitor and customer dynamics - Shape and communicate our vision and mission - Working on the digital footprint including website and social media - strategy and execution - Working with agencies for collaterals and campaign execution - Designing metrics and tracking them to manage campaigns and initiatives - Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to take action - Drafting marketing communications materials as a part of marketing strategy - Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates - Keeping up to date with market trends and new developments, utilizing information for business improvement - Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs - Align the company around the brand's direction, choices and tactics Requirement & Skills : - Proven working experience as Brand Manager - Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives - Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns - Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix - Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind - Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers - Outstanding communication skills - Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices The Job entails extensive travel.
