Designation: Team Leader (Finance, Accounting and Book-keeping)

Compensation: As per the industry standards

Qualification: CA/CPA/CMA/MBA

Working Time - 02:00 P.M - 11:00 P.M

Mode - AIPL Business Club, Sector 62,Gurgaon

Days of Working - 5 Days

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Coordination:

- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, ensuring the effective execution of project financials and smooth operations.

- Foster a collaborative, results-driven culture and support team members in meeting performance goals.

Client Engagement & Financial Management:

- Oversee the full lifecycle of client engagements, from onboarding through project execution and payment collection.

- Ensure that financial processes, such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight, are followed effectively.

Project Financial Oversight:

- Manage project budgets and forecasts for the team, ensuring compliance with internal policies and US GAAP.

- Review project financial performance regularly, conduct audits, and manage cost variance and pricing analysis.

Revenue & Billing Management:

- Ensure timely invoicing and follow-up on outstanding payments. Guide the team in handling non-standard billing arrangements and address client concerns related to invoicing.

Stakeholder Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior partners, finance managers, project managers, and external stakeholders.

- Act as a trusted financial advisor and ensure alignment across teams.

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

- Lead the preparation of financial reports to communicate project performance and financial outcomes. Provide actionable insights into cost variances and project profitability.

Problem-Solving & Process Improvement:

- Identify areas for improvement within financial processes and propose actionable solutions. Work with global teams to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement in financial operations.

Desired Profile:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

- Prior experience with QuickBooks/Xero and US accounting roles preferred.

- Must have a professional work-from-home setup, personal laptop, and high-speed broadband connection

- You will work closely with senior leaders, internal stakeholders, and external clients to streamline financial processes, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement.
