- The Project Manager is responsible for driving, tracking the operations within the organization. The role will work across the organization to plan, manage, and drive the execution of multiple projects. Works closely with Senior Leadership and others to ensure successful, efficient, and on time releases. This role will be the go-to person in the organization that is going to orchestrate and shepherd the flow of software from development to production.

- Ability to influence across functional boundaries and across multiple organizational levels to drive results.

- Partner closely with counterparts in Cloud Operations, Development, Product Management, and Architecture to ensure the success of their products.

- Develop and communicate strategy, plans, issues, and risks effectively throughout the organization

- Take the lead on release management activities and drive release practices and improvements.

- Make strategic and tactical recommendations to Senior Leadership to ensure successful delivery of solutions.

- Closely tracks delivery of requirements from product teams.

- Creates and delivers presentations, develops communications and communicates to cross-functional audiences both internally and externally.

- Identifies, develops, and implements tools and metrics to drive project/program and release management success.

- Drives on-going retrospection to foster continuous improvement.
