We are looking for an experienced, talented and highly motivated individual to join our CEM consulting team in Bangalore, India. This person will be responsible for handling clients across various industries like Retail, BFSI, E-commerce, Airlines, etc in India & Middle East markets. We prefer candidates who are working in Market Research companies or Management Consulting firms Roles & Responsibilities - The individual joining our team will be responsible for - Collaborating with various departments in the client's organization to understand their existing business processes and design a CEM program that seamlessly fits within their organizational ecosystem. This includes : - Translating business objectives to crisp & clear program objectives and outcomes - Designing Customer Journey Maps - Drafting questionnaires - Recommending frameworks to monitor the alignment of business teams to the defined program - Work in close coordination with external as well as internal stakeholders to define key success factors of the CEM program and continuously monitor the progress on them - Partner with the Account Managers to ensure that the program is being implemented & run as per the defined framework - Analyse data to provide actionable insights & solutions to business problems - Creating reports and presenting findings & recommendations to key stakeholders in the client organization in a comprehensive & engaging manner - Continuously innovate and improve the program efficiency and effectiveness - Work cross functionally with peers/colleagues to support client management Job Requirements/ Qualifications - - At least 4-6 years of experience in Market Research & Consumer Insights or Management consulting roles - Experience in Client Management - Strong quantitative & qualitative analytical skills - Proficiency in using statistical tools like SPSS, R, etc would be an added advantage - Be a problem solver and be outcome oriented - Willing to learn, unlearn & relearn - Has a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and highly ambiguous work environment - Be self-starter and an independent thinker who follow-ups on responsibilities in a timely manner while also being a strong team player - Manage client relationship and client expectations independently. - Has good communication (written & verbal) skills
