Responsibilities

- Develop an overall understanding of the Customer Experience (CX) program of CloudCherry's clients in varied sectors and geographies.

- Understand each client's data analysis needs deeply by interacting with client facing teams within CloudCherry.

- Use the tools available within CloudCherry for data analysis and development of insights.

- Use data analysis methods and tools outside the product for advanced analytics.

- Deliver answers for client's stated questions as well as additional relevant insights using traditional as well as new-age BI or software tools.

- Use innovative means of delivering insights from within CloudCherry software or by using R and R Studio.

- Provide recommendations on action to be taken based on the data analysis.

Note: This role requires limited or negligible client interaction.

Qualifications :

- Post Graduate Diploma in Management or MBA. Graduates with relevant experience can also apply.

- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in market research companies or KPOs, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data and developing insights from it.

Requirements :

- Excellent written communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office.

- Exposure to principles of hypothesis testing and statistical modeling.

- Proficient in working with R and R Studio for data analysis and visualization.

- Experience in analytical techniques such as regression and path analysis.

- Experience in BI tools like Tableau & Domo will be an added advantage.
