Cloud Transformation Leader - IT Services (20-26 yrs)
Our Client a leading IT MNC is looking out for Cloud Transformation Head.
Role:
- Leadership role in client facing program delivery for large Digital transformation journeys pivoted around Public and Private Cloud
- Lead Enterprise Transformational initiatives viz. Cloud Transformation & Legacy
- Modernization, with strong Business acumen and Intrapreneurial skills
- Experience in delivery Management / IT experience, managing large programs, customer relationship management, operational excellence, drive & execute growth strategies for Delivery Units
- Create account delivery plans and execute as per the defined strategies and goals. Provide inputs to unit level business planning team to develop and track unit level business planning activities
- Experience in negotiating & influencing at CXO levels, also motivating the internal and onshore teams to achieve common goals & driving change
Desired Profile:
- 22+ yrs. of experience
- MBA preferred.
- Should have experience as a Leader or Heading Global Cloud Transformation engagements and handling multiple business units within IT Services setup.
- Be accountable for the BU's growth and P&L.
- Collaborate with Peers at different locations for effective delivery
