A top tier company is looking for Cloud Architects who will play a critical, client-facing role working closely with Client stakeholders (Business, IT and Applications) to interpret and translates client requirements into viable, scalable Hybrid cloud solutions to meet the business outcomes. The architect will work across Sales and Delivery to deliver high level design (HLD), work estimates, Proof-of-Concept projects, technical workshops, and lead design phase of implementation projects including low level design (LLD). Experience with cloud based services like Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Openstack, Cloud Foundry or similar technologies are highly desired. The candidate should be sound with Hybrid cloud technologies including private and public cloud and cloud migration programs.

The ideal candidate will be highly versatile and equally capable in front of an architecture review board or the executive leaders. The concerned person will work with client Enterprise Architecture (EA) group to gain consensus and establish cloud architecture standards, policies and directions.

Qualifications

- Bachelor of Engineering or Higher

- Overall 9+ Years overall IT Infrastructure experience including 4 years as Technical Architect with focus on cloud technologies.

- Experience of working with Public cloud provider solutions like AWS, Azure, Softlayer etc. including highly available and disaster recovery architectures.

- Experience with Infrastructure automation & DevOps scripting - Ansible, Shell, Python etc.

- Experience with Cloud Configuration management tools using CloudFormation, Chef & Puppet.

- Possess knowledge of PAAS concepts and understanding of Infrastructure platforms such as OpenStack, Cloud Foundry etc.

- Working experience of Linux and Windows-based environments including Hypervisor technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, Xensource)

- Possess experience with container services like Docker, Kubernetes etc.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with executives and business partners

- Ability to travel to client locations when needed
