Cloud Solution Architect - IT

MUST HAVE SKILL:

- Clear comprehension of traditional IO, Network and legacy hardware infrastructure including storage and networking systems. In-depth understanding of at least 2 out of the three major CSPs preceded by a sound bachelors level technical education from a reputed institution.

GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS:

- Pre-sales exposure with experience of shaping commercially viable technical solutions and presenting to c-suite stakeholders. Fluency in communication including construction of lucid techno commercial constructs leading up to Cloud Migration Planning and Execution.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Lead a solution conversation commencing with obtaining a quick understanding of the client's legacy IO, storage & NW landscape

- Assessing the key dependencies of the client's major custom and/or licensed application suite, clustering migration related dependencies, projecting waves of related migrations, assessing and recommending target cloud or legacy architectures and shaping the associated commercials in consultation with the deal team and the intended delivery leadership to deliver a winning proposition.

- The role involves active interaction including physical presence where warranted across locations and markets to successfully shape and close deals.

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE:

- In-depth understanding of legacy & cloud-based IO, storage & Network architecture and installations as well as contemporary monitoring tools both on premises and SAAS based

- Familiarity with DC & Cloud delivery, SLA, metrics, operational rigor, QA & DR considerations

- Clear understanding of Environment & incident management including escalation handling

- Clear understanding of Full stack Cloud Infrastructure across at least 2 of the 3 major CSPs

- Demonstrable experience of using Automation, Analytics & AI to optimize solutions

- Exposure to more than one among Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, Service now stacks both in traditional & SAAS models along with familiarity with the underlying data models.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

- BTech, BE or equivalent bachelor's degree from a reputed university. An MBA is preferable

- Over a decade of executive level experience in technology with a techno commercial focus

- Confident presentation skills & demonstrable man-management capabilities

- A team player, a self-starter and an individual who can work autonomously with minimal supervision.
