Cloud Sales Professional - Google Cloud/AWS/Azure (7-12 yrs)
The Role:
Looking for an experienced Cloud sales professionals to join fast-growing Cloud Business team in India. As Cloud Business Lead, you will be primarily responsible for driving the new sales activities across Multiple OEM Clouds offerings across India.
Responsibilities:
- Identifies and implements innovative business development and sales strategies to increase company profitability by fully leveraging product/service offerings of Sela to meet Customer Expected Outcomes.
- Working with Potential New Accounts understanding their needs and proposing complete Solutions. Deliver powerful presentations and an unforgettable impact and a customized proposal with the aim to awe.
- Align with the Inside Sales Team to drive Pipeline Creation and development, through research, networking and cold calling and leveraging the use of social media.
- Help define and prioritize the various market segments, customer base, and industry verticals we target,
- This is Quota carrying Role, you will be responsible to drive MRR & ARR. Would be responsible for end-to-end sales for the region assigned.
- Work closely with the Respective OEM Cloud Partners in aligning and driving business on weekly basis, generate a sales pipeline and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with Pre-sales, Engineering, support and Finance team to meet customer expectations, offer right technology solution, Customer satisfaction and customer success is critical.
- Align with India Geo Plan and leadership to drive business
Requirements:
- Should have 7-10 years of experience in selling IT Software products / services / preferably cloud services
- Must have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in Indian market
- Experience in dealing with the decision makers (C-Level) and closing the deals by handling the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Must have a strong understanding of B2B sales. Cloud Sales Experience would be a preferred.
Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
- Must have graduate or equivalent degree and in MBA/ Business administration will be added benefit.
- Understanding of cloud offerings, cloud business and Cloud Certified will be an Advantage
- Love to enjoy interacting with people and maintains good relationships with clients and prospects
- Self-starter, result oriented, quick learner and able to take ownership
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to achieve desired results
- Ability to establish a trusted advisor relationship with clients
