Cloud Advisory - Intelligent Cloud & Infrastructure Solution Architecture (19-25 yrs)

- Assess client's infrastructure & application security landscape using - fit for purpose- tools, evaluate and suggest most suitable infra and application disposition as well as recommend a - way forward- roadmap with governable milestones tools & techniques to create a succinct Journey to cloud model including a set of chosen component services.

- Understands appropriate discovery, assessment, business case & target architecture concepts and the use to supporting best in class tools to drive rapid and iterative detailed business case development initiatives

- Partners with solution architects to assess solution alignment to the overall architectural blueprint and drive proposal writing, solution direction, pricing and costing as well as associated approvals.

- Helps define the performance goals and metrics for the proposed solution.

- Owns Solution Development as liaison between Sales and Delivery teams. Serve as technical liaison between Sales team, Clients, Delivery & support teams up to and including Contract negotiations.

- Act as Subject Matter Expert in area of expertise:

- Participate in projects as the SME focused on delivering agreed business outcomes for our clients.

- Regularly counsel middle management on issues and trends affecting their organization.

- Lead and/or act as a key player in critical situations within area of expertise, either internally or at client engagement(s)

- Engaging with advisory firms.

- Contribute to assets/ offerings and thought leadership:

- Use expertise to develop operable and cost-effective solutions, review solution blueprints, estimates, conceptual designs, and/or other deliverables

- Actively contribute to Client assets/ offerings, points of view, Knowledge Exchange, discussion boards, etc.

- Officially act as a mentor or coach to junior people to help grow the next generation of innovators

- Sponsor/ lead initiatives to deploy new architecture and capabilities across the teams required for service offerings. As an example, drive LCM, Adaptive IO, Cloud first concepts in solutions

- Interact with the delivery organization/s to ensure effective transition, shape services, collaborate on clear solution assumptions, determine appropriate service delivery locations and related cost to deliver.

- Be responsible to own, manage and ensure quality of client facing content that accurately represents the solution. This includes proposal material, proposal orals, yellow pads sessions, business case and SOW contents.

Qualifications & Capabilities:

- University degree from a leading institute. Preferably MBA from a leading institute.

- Overall experience of 15 years and more, with at least 10 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure managed services technical sales and solutioning.

- ITIL certified. Preferably Architecture Certification (TOGAF, similar others).

- Preferably holding two out of three major CSP certifications at the solution architect level. A minimum of practitioner level certification is expected.

- Demonstrable experience in understanding of infrastructure managed services activities across different technical domains such as IaaS, PaaS, Servers, Storage, Network, End user support, Service Desk, Security, others.

- Clear understanding of estimation methodology and cost levers involved in Infra managed services solutioning across different technical domains such as Servers, Storage, Network, End user support, service desk, public cloud, others.

- Experience in building datacenter and disaster recovery solutions including transition elements with firm understanding of data center workings including rack space, power and network components.

- Understand leading service management and monitoring tools and salient features of infrastructure monitoring tools and integration aspects.

- Experience in complex international solution team management

- Experience in translating buyer requirements into a standard solution offering deal approach, solution plan, proposal and cost estimate leveraging standard process methods, deliverables and the right collection of offerings.

- Proven track record (wins) in defining and selling infrastructure managed services solutions in excess of >50 M USD deal TCV for leading global enterprises.

- Clear understanding of Business Case Development, Cost to Serve, Deal Shaping, Negotiation, Offering Insight, Value Analysis and Prioritization.

- Strong project management skills and associated experience in Information Technology Outsourcing. Includes experience with industry standard project management methods and tools.

- Excellent client / customer relationship management skills at the executive level

- Good people management skills & Strong oral and written communication skills

- Willingness to travel. & support sort stay intense - war room- based deal pursuits.
