Vice President of Sales and Marketing

We are looking for a dedicated and analytical VP of Sales and Marketing to lead our Sales function with the purpose of the company's strategic goals.

The responsibilities of the VP of Sales and Marketing include overseeing the daily sales activities, meeting with major onshore/offshore clients , writing sales reports, designing effective sales strategies and marketing company's services.

To be successful as a VP of Sales and Marketing, you should have good leadership skills and the ability to drive company success. Ultimately, a top-notch VP of Sales and Marketing should have an in-depth knowledge of the market and competitive products and have excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Exp Required: Minimum 10 years

Responsibilities:

- Market Research and Create Lead Generation Opportunities and Strategies through direct sales plus on different online business portals like Linkedin, Clutch etc.

- Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and yearly sales quotas.

- Working on Business Proposals and Business Analysis based on the Client/Prospect Requirements.

- Work closely with the Marketing team to devise Marketing Campaigns to generate more organic leads.

- Coach the Business Development and Lead Generation teams in their Pitches and improve the sales conversion ratios.

- Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.

- Managing sales teams and maintaining sales operations.

- Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting.

- Anticipating client needs and improving client satisfaction.

- Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings.

- Establishing and maintaining key client relationships.

- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis.

- Expanding the sales and marketing team.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's / Master's degree preferably in IT.

- Master's degree in a business-related field may be advantageous.

- Professional Exposure and Experience in Market Research and Lead Generation Strategies on Direct Business Channels like Linkedin Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha and others.

- Prior experience/exposure of meeting clients and generating business overseas.

- You have successfully built, scaled, and led high-performing sales teams.

- Minimum of 10 years experience in a sales leadership position.

- Minimum of 4 years experience working in a selling role and with sales technology and CRM software.

- Minimum of 2 years experience in a senior (C-level) leadership role may be advantageous.

- In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods.

- Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market.

- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

- Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
