Clix Capital - Senior Manager - Treasury/Fund Raising (2-5 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Fund raising as per the plan within the specified pricing across products - Term loans, NCDs, Commercial Papers, Securitization
2. Ensuring excellent relationship with all the lenders and counterparties such as trustee, rating agencies, legal counsels
3. Understanding of Direct Assignment and PTC transactions including structures, documentation
4. Prepare information deck/ loan application for the investors as part of the borrowing program covering company profile, credit ratings, financial details, financial projections etc.
5. Liaise with internal departments for data requirements of various lenders
6. Understanding of legal documents with respect to the borrowings
7. Drive the lenders' due diligence and execution of transactions
