Driving operational efficiency, optimizing processes, and ensuring quality improvements across various business functions.:

Role Description: Senior Manager - Process Excellence

1. Strategic Process Improvement:

- Lead the identification, design, and implementation of process improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

- Drive strategic projects to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key areas of improvement and align initiatives with business objectives.

2. Lean Six Sigma Expertise:

- Use Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to analyze current processes and identify inefficiencies.

- Champion Lean Six Sigma practices across teams and act as a mentor for Green Belt and Black Belt projects.

3. Operational Efficiency and Automation:

- Work closely with technology teams to identify opportunities for automation (e.g., RPA, workflow management tools).

- Drive digitization and innovation projects to optimize business processes and reduce manual efforts.

4. Stakeholder Management:

- Engage with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, customer service, risk, etc.) to drive process standardization and improvements.

- Serve as the key liaison between business and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

5. Quality Assurance and Risk Mitigation:

- Develop and monitor KPIs to ensure process quality and adherence to compliance and regulatory standards.

- Identify and mitigate risks related to process changes while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

6. Training and Change Management:

- Build a culture of continuous improvement by conducting training sessions and workshops for employees.


- Drive change management initiatives to ensure the successful adoption of new processes or technologies.

7. Reporting and Performance Tracking:

- Provide regular updates to leadership on the progress of process improvement projects.

- Analyze performance metrics and generate insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience: 8-12 years of experience in process excellence, preferably in the financial services or NBFC sector.

- Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.

Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in process improvement tools and techniques.

- Experience in automation tools like RPA or workflow management software.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills for managing cross-functional teams.
