Roles and Responsibilities: - To lead the operation team for centralized disbursement at national level for all products based in Gurgaon. - Responsible for managing all operational activities including but not limited to managing pre / post disbursement, operations manual & process preparation & implementation, customer queries & closure activities. - Ensure the Organization operates in a cost effective manner and propose an annual budget and cost framework for activities - To coordinate with other verticals and Business heads in relation to the operational/disbursement activities - Preparing and Maintaining MISs & operational dashboard to ensure timely reporting to SMT. - Resource planning and Vendor Management as per business requirements - Ensure closure of activities as per laid down SLAs - Manage project delivery of simultaneous projects in different stages of OPS Development Lifecycle - LMS, LOS implementation experience will be preferred. To ensure policy adherence and documentation. - Bring best practices and set-up/improve existing processes for enhanced efficiency. - Impact Client Experience by maintaining operational matrix at all levels. - Quality Control and Policy/Process Compliance - Promote concept of cross-functional support, multi skilling, and knowledge transfer to members of the department. - Undertake periodic self-assessment on key controls to assess proper adherence to procedures and policies. Desired Candidate Profile: - In depth knowledge of SME & Secured Industry segment. - Should have handled large volumes and teams. - Understanding of various operational risk parameters in a funding proposal - Domain knowledge & experience on operational jobs - Analytical proficiency - Detail orientation - Experience in Stakeholder Management - Excellent Communication and writing skills
