Job Description Treasury Fund Raising:
- 8-12 years of experience in handling institutions like PSU Banks, Private Banks, Foreign Banks, DFI, NBFCs etc
- Strong Relationships at across levels in these institutions
- Ability to tap new relationships, nurture and grow
- Well versed with loans, NCDs, MLDs, Secularization
- Background of loan syndication or treasury borrowing must
- Making credit notes of lenders and sharing regular investor data
- Tracking and meeting all the compliances on time
- Ideate and come up with new ideas of borrowings
- Aware of legal aspects in deals and execute deals end to end along with documentations and other requirements of lenders
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for meeting all lender requirements
