Title: Clinical Product Manager

Reporting to: Product Head

Location: HO:New Delhi

Key areas of responsibility & requirement:

- Ability to drive end to end product strategy for clinical product, comprising - medical protocols, conversation chat bot, data driven nudging system, health coach programs etc.

- Define product roadmap, identify business priorities, generate technical requirements and measure outcome

- Capability to benchmark product against industry solutions and identify enhancements

- Drive consistent user experience across platforms like Android, iOS, and Web, with understanding of user needs vs expectation

- Working closely with the Medical Director in defining unique value propositions for the customers . Has the capability to drive projects to fruition, no matter how dynamic the environment.

- Thrives in a cross-functional and fast-paced, startup environment. Is not afraid of rolling up their sleeves and getting their hands dirty with minute details.

- Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on customer research, data, and industry trends.

- Stays on top of what is happening in the industry & molds the product to make it future proof

- Should want to be a power user of your product & know it better than anyone else in the company
