Client Servicing Role - Wealth Management Firm

Opportunity with one of the largest wealth management firm

Location: Mumbai

Job Purpose:

To be a part of the Head Office client service team and provide central support to RM's and regional service managers in providing timely & compliant customer service and to ensure all activities for different products are carried out as per specified guidelines and within TAT.

Responsibilities:

1) Handling Account Opening for different products(Equity PMS, Debt PMS, POA, structured products, Managed Funds, real estate funds etc)

2) Be aware of various investment products and documentation required for the same.

3) Should be able to independently handle escalated cases and find resolutions for the same

4) Timely and accurate execution of client instructions.

5)To ensure adherence to laid Service processes & related compliances
