Client Servicing Role - eCommerce

We are seeking a UG/PG/ MBA (with packaging background) with 0-1 years of experience and can work to actively contribute towards the Growth & Development of the company. Area of Work

Order Management, Order Fulfillment, Customer Service, Vendor and Logistic will be the key functionality of person.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage order fulfillment process.

- Ensuring communication by mail, chats, and calls with buyers for hassle-free order process.

- Helping buyers in finding products on the website, answering the inquiry.

 -Solving buyer queries related to the products and guiding them appropriately.

- Manage and handle invoice, shipping documents, logistic and delivery.

- Preparing quotes, invoice, PO for bulk and corporate order.

- Working with Logistic Partner.

Other Competencies:

- Ability to handle pressure and can work independently.

- Effective communicator and possess excellent oral and written skills.

- Collaborative and flexible working style.

- Hands on experience with MS - Excel.

- Should be good listener, have convincing and negotiation skill.
