Advertiser Account Manager
- Demonstrates a solid understanding of our client's business and provides optimization and incremental ideas, with a story to tell
- Monitors daily PMP spend and supply and proactively seeks opportunities for optimizations and revenue growth
- Leads pre/post-sale client communication and campaign execution, ensuring exceptional service and troubleshooting
- Creates and monitors programmatic data segments
- Partners with Sales, Operations, and Product to collaborate overall client strategy and growth
- Manages overall account and campaign flow, ensuring campaigns, reports, and projects are functioning properly
Requirements :
- Experience in Account Management; creating relationships, troubleshooting, strategic planning, and insightful storytelling
- Existing knowledge of digital media, performance advertising, advanced insights, and measurement. CTV and Programmatic experience is a plus
- Idea-driven; creates and improves strategies and processes
- Ability to see the "big picture", identify key issues, and provide proactive tactical and strategic recommendations
- Detail-oriented and diligent work ethic with excellent organizational, project/time management, and problem-solving skills
