Client Services Manager - Campus Recruitment


We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Talent Acquisition Manager who can juggle managing their own tasks and the entire team. Someone who is passionate about hiring across different geographies. The ideal Candidate is a self-motivated, enterprising person with impeccable communication and recruitment skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

1. Proven experience of 12-18 years of in full cycle recruitment with prior experience of handling team members and driving exceptional hiring outcomes consistently

2. Ensure efficient delivery of the Recruitment Process, in line with contractual obligations and client service levels.

3. Contribute to the commercial success of the RPO(Recruitment process outsourcing) account through the achievement of NFI (monthly and annual) targets.

4. Develop end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies to meet longer term client requirements

5. Develop and support the Recruitment sourcing strategy for each role/business unit and agree the strategy(including web-based and direct sourcing) with hiring manager

6. Work effectively with the campus coordinators team to ensure a smooth client and candidate experience

7. Mentor / guide members of the sourcing and admin team on best practice approaches, client culture and support them in achieving success in their roles

8. Ensure all Flexability and client systems are updated in a correct and timely manner

9. Forecasting hiring requirements based on demand, changes in the clients business, the candidate pipeline and trends in business demand

10. Excellent presentation, Analytical, Problem solving skills

11. Must have campus recruitment experience - should have managed the campus hiring for at least one or two regions with a team of coordinators. Should be open to travel and there would be 96 universities across India to cover along with team of coordinators and GS Campus team

12. Solid history of delivering volume hirings in a year using market intelligence, various recruitment channels and techniques

13. Should have considerable exposure in Campus recruitment drives and hiring in the domains of BFSI, Procurement, Legal, Corporate and R&D

Qualifications :

- Prior experience in the staffing industry or BFSI, preferably within TA Department

- Prior experience sourcing and qualifying candidates for a variety of roles through ATS,CRM etc

- Ability to source creatively from sources such as job boards, Campus recruitment drives, associations, employee referral programs, social media and internet searches

- Strong knowledge of technology (Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint a
