Client Service Manager - Broking Firm (10-15 yrs)
- Handling Western India service related issues in Wealth Management.
- Identify areas of improvements and weakness and recommend changes.
- Provide quick and speedy resolution to customer request and ensure work gets done in TAT
- Train new recruits w.r.t various process and address queries if any.
- Act as back Relationship Manager and fulfill all duties in RM's absence.
- Follow up - Update - Resolve any issues which corps up for Private Banking customers
- Ensure audit rules and compliance policies are followed during executing transactions.
- Ensure business transactions and operations are in line with Regulations.
- Handling service related issues of HNI relationships.
- Assisting Wealth Management RM in financial planning & portfolio alterations
- Ensuring timely processing of Mutual Fund, Structure Product, Bond, NCD investment in order to meet deadlines & customer satisfaction
- Assisting Ultra - HNI clients for opening accounts and major service related issues
- Handling escalations and Coordination between various departments to ensure speedy redressal of customer grievances
