Client Relationship Lead - Business Development - Digital Payments/Banking/Insurance/eCommerce (12-15 yrs)
Job Profile As a business development and client relationship Lead you will manage large clients within the Specific domain and Lead the Business Team.
Your role encompasses the following:
- Guiding the team in identifying opportunities in the Sector for Digital Payments and converting them.
- Achieving client relationship targets and KPI's as set by the business vertical head
- Identifying upsell/cross sell to achieve the assigned targets
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within the sector.
- Responsible for continuous development of the product offering toexisting clients.
- Commercial Negotiations and Agreement.
- Conducting internal reviews of team performances
- Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
- Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
- Team Lead role reporting into the vertical head.
Relevant Industry: Digital Payments/ Banking / Insurance / eCommerce.
Profile/Skills desired:
- Demonstrated competence with client management; having managed large accounts
- Proven ability to build relationships with key external and internal stakeholders and business leaders
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with partners
- Strong communication skills and technical aptitude
- Strong Educational Background; should possess an MBA (or equivalent post graduate certification) from a reputed university or similar professional qualifications
