Job Description:

Customer Management

- Provides Customer Management and Program Management for analytics solutions and IT application service delivery in Manufacturing & Distribution Industries verticals with significant impact on business unit results such as customer satisfaction, profitability and maximizing repeat business. Typically is accountable to drive the success of a single large program and/or multiple concurrent projects.

Domain/Functional Consulting

- Significant business process and/or domain consulting expertise in Analytics & Business Intelligence solutions engagements in functional areas that includes Manufacturing, Planning, Sourcing/Procurement & Supply Chain Distribution/Logistics, Customer Management.

- To drive business value into IT solution engagements by deploying business KPIs and best practices via data analytics solutions.

- Engage with CxO/Functional heads to help customers derive business benefits from their IT investments and the IT projects.

- Provide consulting, functional & technical leadership to drive standardization of deliverable templates for design documents, process blueprints, functional test cases and training manuals.

- Strong SAP BO/BI or Microsoft Analytics suite consulting background.

- Deep knowledge of Business KPIs in Manufacturing Industry Domain.

Capability Planning & Development

- Plans and builds delivery capability through training and recruitment.

- Mentors resources within delivery teams to enhance capability.

- Leads or participates in the Solution Opportunity Approval and Review (SOAR) meetings and ensures the SOAR process is followed. Sponsors opportunities to the next higher SOAR level as appropriate

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education:

- Engineering/Advanced University degree(s) from reputed/leading institutes with MBA / Business Management background

Experience

- 15+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry, Supply Chain, Business Analytics and Business Analytics (IT services) domain areas. At least 6 years in managerial / lead positions in Business Analytics IT services.

- Onsite project IT delivery experiences in Supply Chain, Analytics and ERP Implementations.

- Hands on experience ( 6-8 Years) with SAP functional modules in manufacturing or supply chain.

- Experiences (Direct or thru projects) in Automotive, Pharma, CPG/Retail, Steel is preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

- Demonstrates broad knowledge of corporate organization, culture, policies, products, markets and processes.

- Has good business acumen to identify opportunities and execute plans to succeed.

- Has deep domain expertise in areas of manufacturing / supply chain has skills in and demonstrates state-of-the-art technical, functional & business knowledge

- Demonstrated capability to engage with CxO level / functional heads of large customers.

- Experience in delivering multiple IT service engagements involving end-to-end application life-cycle stages.

- Exposure to customers globally and/or India, South-East Asia.
