KRA's
- Ensure best of Customer service: Engage customer base in dialogue and better connect throughout the hierarchy.
- Be the single point of contact for customer, address issues and ensure Client retention and act as trusted and valued partner of the client.
- Participate in Business Development by understanding /discovering client needs, positioning services, and getting new business through cross-sell approach with the existing clients.
- Lead the business opportunities end to end- with cross functional collaboration with technical presales, commercials, operations team etc- and manage these within Salesforce.
- Manage client intelligence and update account plans on periodic basis (news/updates, announcements, people movement, product approvals etc.) and ascertain impact on, if any, with further actions.
- Ensure timely Quarterly Business Review meetings with clients.
- Invoicing: In collaboration with delivery team work on invoicing, thorough review and share with finance department for timely invoicing.
- In collaboration with delivery team monitoring the work progress, ensuring timely delivery / compliance / maintaining quality, investigation & resolution of queries, participating in internal and external status meetings, updating project progress to the stakeholders.
- Involve in review of technical agreements, proposals, SOWs for clients.
