Client Manager - Recruitment - BFSI

BFSI Industry Experience Mandatory.

Recruitment & Client Management :

- Manage key relationships with existing/new clients in timely, professional and responsive manner.

- Conduct role briefing with client and set expectations of recruitment process

- Offering advice to both clients and candidates on talent pool availability, salaries and career progression

- Develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment

- Networking and relationship building to attract business from existing/ new client companies

Candidate Management :

- Managing all candidates effectively throughout the recruitment process

- Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question

- Informing candidates about the results of the interviews

- Manage candidate expectations and ensure timely and constructive feedback

- Develop and maintain relationships and seek referrals of other candidate
