Client Manager/Engagement Manager - Recruitment - Pharma

ABC Consultants is growing and we are looking at hiring Recruitment Professionals to join our Pharma Business Vertical.

Job Profile:

1. Managing all candidates effectively throughout the recruitment process

2. Build client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates at mid-senior level mandates

3. Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the clients

4. Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategy to source candidates meeting client profile and/or building talent pool for current and future requirements

Competencies Required:

1. Ability to connect well with people at all levels in an organization

2. Should have handled recruitment in any sector from mid to senior level

3. Expertise in applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment processes

4. Good at head-hunting and networking, mining

Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate (preferably in Management Studies)

Experience: Minimum 6-7 years of experience in consulting firm

Location: Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad
