Client is one of the largest Media and Entertainment conglomerate with leading presence in broadcast, OTT, sports and regional entertainment and have led many industry first innovations across technologies and services.

What you'll do:

The Client Partner is responsible for the overall revenue growth of the account and will own ongoing account management and revenue development of the account. As well as management of the client relationships (s)he will also lead the sales process for new opportunities and the overall successful delivery of services.

Specific responsibilities include:

Account Management

- Form and lead account teams, being responsible for the development and successful execution of account strategies

- Coordinate the marketing, sales, delivery, and subject matter expertise capabilities required to grow the account

- Develop and maintain executive-level client relationships

Business Development

- Sell and deliver within the account, adhering to approved contribution margin guidelines. Work with sales team to develop and drive service offerings and campaigns to develop new business

- Continuously engage and identify white spaces within client organization where our technology or services could be up/cross-sold

- Create compelling pitch documents, engage with client stakeholders and lead such opportunities to conclusion

- Find out innovation opportunities where we can engage with the client to continuously drive value by reimaging/remodelling workflows/operations using technology

- Identify opportunities where PFT can partner with client to Reduced Costs, Increase Monetization, Enhanced Efficiencies, Faster Time to Market, CSAT

- Responsibility of ensuring CSAT for the account working with various internal stakeholders and Business units.

What you'll bring:

- Candidates should possess a proven track record of relevant experience and should have recent experience in Client engagement, Sales and account management in the Media and Entertainment Industry.

- Education: MBA preferably with Engg background

- Experience: About 15 years of work experience

- Strong account development background with the ability to achieve (or overachieve) targets

- Capable of developing senior executive relationships

- Proven experience of leading teams

- Experience of Broadcast & OTT Industry, Technology & operations

- Effective communicator who can interpret technical speak into plain language
