Job Description :

- Formulate Operations processes for financial products - mutual funds, PMSs, AIFs

- Thorough understanding of all above financial products

- Write and update Standard Operating Procedure

- Comply with regulation as per the SEBI norms and mandates

- Manage and oversee the BSE Star platform

- Sample audit of financial transaction on the BSE platform to ensure that all client approvals are in place

- Single point of contact for all product related MISs

- Lead a team of 6-7 Operations Analysts across all locations in India

Candidate Profile :

- Should be a self-starter; focused and driven to succeed; result orientated.

- Organized and disciplined with ability to manage expectations.

- Strong eye for detail - identifying the risk in processes and plugging the gaps

- Strong stakeholder management skills

- Should have Good Analytical, Problem Solving and Communication Skills and be a team player.
