Client Advisor - Asset Management

- Global Investment Bank is looking for Client Advisor who will provide end to end Advisory support to their clients in USA.

- Work Hours : 2 PM - 11 PM ( Working in Hybrid Model)

Responsibilities :

- Preparing presentations and materials for client and prospective client meetings

- Coordinating with global investment specialists, wealth advisors and capital advisors on client needs, meeting agendas, and managing client follow-up

- Assisting in account openings and account reviews

- Daily account administration

- Researching client inquiries and managing follow-up communication and materials

- Periodic updating of client information

- Client invitation/nominations for events

- Partnering with various functional partners to service clients

Candidate Profile :

- 4 -10 years of professional experience in Asset or Wealth Management

- One Role Wealth Management and another one Lending Advisor

- High proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, knowledge and experience of systems teamwork ethic and focus; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Good organizational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision

- Strong communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills
