Opening for client acquisition -HNI/Ultra HNI
Location : Pan India
Reports To : Regional Head(Wealth)
Reportees : TL-Premier wealth/Sr.TL-Premier Wealth
Job Responsibilities :
I. Estimating, Forecasting and tracking of sales & revenue numbers
II. Develop and manage relationships with Emerging Affluent clients - provide investment
III. products and services in line with their financial needs & objectives
IV. Meet the Revenue targets for self and assigned team
V. Proposing Asset allocation/Portfolio maintenance/Review of portfolio
Team Management :
I. Handling The team of 6-7 Units of Team Leader & Sr Team Leader who's Handling the team of
Premier Wealth Manager :
II. Manage the distribution of leads/resources to the team to ensure optimum manpower utilization & plan sales activity
III. Have sales hurdle with the team & make sure a continuous interaction is carried among the team members & solve all related problems of the TL- s
IV. Ensure regrettable attrition is under control
V. Coach & train Of Team Leader for all responsibilities
Salary offered : 9-20 LPA
