Job Description : - Overall IT experience of 6+ year - Serve as scrum team member and facilitator of projects and feature development from inception to closure - Leads SCRUM ceremonies including daily stand-ups - Help ensure effective completion of prioritized backlog and support Product Owner in backlog management. - Removing impediments, conflict management, make team collaborative to help achieve sprint objective - Experience in presenting different metrics to various stakeholders (status reports, burn down charts etc - Experience with projects involving multiple business functions.
