Job Responsibilities - Proactively forecast and report successes, inconsistencies, and under performance of channels across all products and geographies to draw conclusions and recommendations. - Regularly monitor the performance of the campaigns during the execution period wrt to spends, revenue, product adoption, funnel, breakage, user journey, etc. - Provide post-campaign performance analysis report with key highlights, insights, and recommendations - Generate reports by creating or using standard report templates and data visualization dashboards - Use company-wide accepted metrics based on the measurement framework and identify relevant data sources - Work with the analytics operations to correct the data discrepancies and ensure data quality - Contribute towards the development and enhancement of analytics and reporting dashboards, technologies, and processes Desired Candidate - Candidate with 6+ years of experience in business analysis for online products. - Advanced Knowledge of SQL, Big Query, QV, BI Tools, Google Data Studio, Google Sheets &amp; Microsoft Excel, and any other dashboarding tool (E.g. Tableau) Soft Skills - Strong problem-solving skills - Strong number crunching &amp; data analysis skills - Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Ability to prioritize and handle multiple simultaneous tasks - Demonstrate calmness and composure in stressful or uncertain situations
