Job Role :

As a Technical Program Manager (SAP Integrations), you love helping enterprises integrate great technology and you are great at driving projects to completion.

Our objective is to seamlessly integrate clients- existing ERP systems with ClearTax which results in happy and loyal customers. We are looking for people who is a seasoned program manager with the right mix of technical skills and integration experience.

Responsibilities :

- Program manage all ongoing and prospective SAP ECC/HANA in-house projects

- Work closely with the tech team to Integrate ClearTax products with ERPs using standard technologies and manage end to end delivery of the projects

- Liaisoning with key integration stakeholders, Sales, KAM, Client, Finance, Engineering and product team for any problem resolution and dispute management for the interest of project completion

- End to end escalation management if there is any

- Attending client demos and PoCs, and engage from an integration perspective during pre-sales requirement gathering calls.

- Process improvement activities. Optimizing the existing processes and leveraging internal tools to improve delivery metric

- Liaisoning with across teams Creating productive relationships with and between key stakeholders by working with the Engineering and Product team to understand the changing software product and acting as a liaison to the Business teams.

Qualification and experience :

- Overall IT experience : 6-7 years

- Relevant program/project management experience : Minimum 3 years must

Qualification :

- B-tech + MBA (IT specialization during MBA Preferred). Tier 1, 2 college only

- Only B-Tech : CSC or IT specialization must + relevant experience

Required skills :

- Strong knowledge of SAP Functional modules- FICO, SD, MM Technical module knowledge- SAP ABAP, PI/PO, CPI, SAP Solman and SAP B1

- Developer experience is must

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills : A passion for solving tough problems and proposing elegant solutions along with a strong support philosophy.

- Great communication skills : Frequent and clear written communication with a knack for taking technical language and making it understandable to a layman is vital.

- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and articulation skills.

- Self-driven work ethic : You should be a self-starter who loves taking initiative and seeing things through to completion.

- Flexibility : An understanding of the 24/7 nature of client servicing and a can-do attitude to help with weekend, holiday, and/or evening coverage.

- Curiosity and the desire to learn and adapt : Our business is changing and growing fast. So flexibility is the key to learn and help teach others.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Patience, grace, and a sense of humor.

Other preferred skills/experience :

- ERP integration experience

- Client management experience

- Start up experience or experience in any fast paced company (Working across teams preferred)

- Fintech experience. Domain knowledge of GST software will be given preference
