We have 2 open roles:
Senior Recruiter(Tech)-1 / Senior Recruiter(Non Tech) -1
Location: Bangalore
Responsibility:
- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
- Attracting suitable candidates through job boards, social media, referral etc.
- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Reach out to passive top talent through different sources.
- Involved in employer branding activities.
- Conduct whole interview process until offer.
- Engage with candidate till joining.
- Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
- Do regular hiring reviews with hiring manager.
Must have skills:
- Strong Sourcing Skills
- Hiring experience in high growth startups
- Strong stake holder management experience
