Responsibility :
- Must have experience in conceptualizing, designing and implementing solutions on the salesforce platform to solve business problems
- Work with the various teams to define and implement tracking for key operational metrics
- Should be able to identify reporting issues and gaps in processes, and drive a timely resolution
- Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the company and groom junior peers and ensure smooth deliveries of deliverables
Skills & Experience required:
- Should have handled salesforce implementation in current or previous organisation
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to identify available resources, self-learn and quickly gain expertise in new areas
- Experience of having worked in large cross-functional environments
- Prior experience in the SaaS-based B2B software industry is a plus
