Experience: 5 - 9 Years Job Description: 1. Background: Currently in a product marketing role, preferably in B2B saas product company, with 2-5 yrs of experience 2. Product Positioning : Analyze the product in-depth, new feature rollouts, compare with competitor offerings and bring out the value proposition in the form of marketing material. Own the content, design, positioning, delivery and campaigns around product 3. Marketing Strategy : Capable of creating a Marketing strategy and go to market plan with various product levers such as new feature launch, competitive edge etc., by planning simplified &amp; effective communication, by owning the communication journey with the target audience. 4. Marketing Targets: - Work with category and product teams to understand year long roadmap, business targets and create marketing goals &amp; targets. Drive overall growth, retention and engagement for business 5. Target Market: - Gain in-depth understanding of the target market, create relevant cohorts and understand their needs, triggers &amp; barriers to purchase, usage or retention. Conduct market research with existing and prospective clients to gain insights. Segment the market and build value proposition as per different customer segments 6. Marketing Campaigns: - Collaborate with product and category teams to create key marketing stories throughout the year and define objective of each campaign in-line with the marketing targets. Create marketing brief for the content, creative, design and digital media teams to develop and execute campaigns. 7. Marketing Communication: - Develop key communication points and create marketing assets with design &amp; creative teams, like product videos, one-page product memo, presentations and other marketing collaterals. - Work with category teams to establish constant channels of communication with the existing and prospective customers, like e-mailers, SMS, Whatsapp etc. - Take charge of website to make the value proposition clear as well as own conversion from visitor to leads 8. Internal Communication : Create constant communication with internal stakeholders to update with plans, reports and insights. Work with multiple cross-functional teams to drive the key goals.
