ClearTax - Key Account Manager - B2B Sales (2-4 yrs)
As a Key Account Manager at ClearTax, you will be responsible for -
- End-to- end management of the sales cycle - Communicating with prospects, follow-up on sales leads, handling customer queries, selling the right product that meets customer requirement, preparing sales quotation and driving order closure independently
- Generate prospects using online sources, databases, own or referral network, social media forums
- Carries direct responsibility of closing high value deals with a healthy conversion (min 30% conversion on big ticket items)
- Manage post-sales customer engagement.
Train and Mentor junior sales managers on Marketplace offerings
